Question Regarding Box Building for RF Punch HE

I have a RF punch he 10 in a q logic sealed enclosure (1 ft^3). I want to construct my own and I was wondering about a few points. First, what would be the optimal size for a sealed enclosure for this woofer? The website says recommended is .75 ft^3. Any one have experience with this woofer? Also, it doesnt have to be sealed, I am open to any suggestions regarding a different box structure. Also, I would like to cover the box with the spray on truck liner. How will this affect sound, if at all. Thanks.

That box sounds good, and 3/4 of a foot air space is fine. Sealed enclosures work better for smaller boxes I know from experience becuase I have a small enclousre too. When I built it, I left it open at first just to see how it worked, but I thought it sounded like crap. Once, I sealed it, it was so much tighter and cleaner. I think the bedliner material would act kinda like dynamat which might be beneficial to aid in tigher bass. Hope this helps you.
