Lawyers in your area must ****. In my area, a "free consulation" by most reputable law firms means they'll sit down with you and discuss your case, give advise of what will and won't work, how the system works, their past experience in cases like this, etc etc. IME thus far, they're about as honest in those consulations as any lawyer can be........and my cases weren't petty change to them, we're talking $10-$15k in attorney fees, and two different attorney's basically told me point blank that my case would be expensive as hell and extremely hard to win. If they were all just greedy, slimy SOB's they'd have been a lot more persistent in getting me to hand over all that money......Consultation does not mean they will tell you want to do in front of the judge... They will review your case with you and give you a fee, and can tell you the chances of winning the case. Normally they will beat around the bush and come will imply that you can not win unless you have their assistance.
Does that reallly work, writing the cop a check for more than you should? And then never cashing the refund..I hope you speak better than you write, if you go to court...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
The cop apparently wanted to give you a hard time.
Write the pigs a check for $405, and never cash the refund //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
