question on how to wire in parellel

I have just bought 2 dual 2 ohms CVR 10's and I have a FR T500.2

•75 W x 2 @ 4 Ohms RMS

•150 W x 2 @ 2 Ohms RMS

•250 W x 2 @ 1 Ohms RMS

•300 W x 1 @ 4 Ohms Bridged RMS

•500 W x 1 @ 2 Ohms Bridged RMS

can someone clairify how I should connect the wires of the speakers together that I also run to the amp? and I can run this in bridged mode without harming it right/.
