Question about car audio wiring...

Hi, i have a 2000 Nissan Sentra and im trying to install a Boss CD-3125R stereo into it. There are many different wires and im not sure how to connect them. Ive searched all over the internet for a wiring diagram, but i cant find any for my car year... what should i do? Or if anyone here just so happens to know the wires, that would be great

Throw the boss in the trash can, get something better.

Go to walmart and they have boxes with wire harnesses for your car, then you just match the colors up. Pretty easy

ya, not the best headunit, but if thats all u can afford thats the best, im sure it will work fine, they have kits for you vehicle at meiejer/autozone/walmart and u just match colors

You need the Metra 70-7550 wire harness. If you cut off the factory harness you fawked up and you need to reconnect the harness with a soldering iron and heat shrink - or pay a tech to fix it.

you should also have a mounting kit like the Metra 99-7414

from there, you need to solder/heat shrink, or crimp the wires from the Boss harness to the Metra harness - simply matching colors. make sure these connections are solid - you'll need proper tools. Use only crimp connectors, do not use home wiring twist on caps.
