Question about amps.

Ok im getting all new speakers and changing the headunit. Im trying to figure out what amp to get. I only have about 250 to spend on the amp. ive narrowed my choices down to these to:

Alpine MRP-F240

or the audiobahn a4004T

Which one do you think would be a better amp quality wise and sound wise?

Any input would be great Thanks
