so, you have a final load of 2 ohms, and you want 140-150 watts to power each one? so 600 watts into 2ohms, hmmmm.

kicker kx600.1

RF 501bd (they're underrated most of the time but get hot as a waffle iron)

xtant 6.1

jbl 600.2 (i hate them but they're cheap)

all that i can think up quick, but the RF is your best bet in my opinion, cheap and realiable, just don't be dumb when you're mounting it someplace //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Yeah tapping off the 4 gauge is typically fine. However, you need to fuse the smaller wire right by the 4 gauge at 1 amp (or whatever the small wire used is rated for) to minimize the risk of fire...
