theres a song by lil wyte that 3-6 mafia produced called hoods run down. in the begining they do a bass check, i hit all 5 frequencys but the last 1 is really really low and i barely hold on. my dad said its amp specific on what freqs your gonna hit. i want to be able to hit all 5 consistantly and all my friends can only hit 3 or 4 before they fall off. how do i find the frequencys of songs so i can buy amps accordingly?

nevermind i just re adjusted the hu settings and the last reconizable freq' i hit, and it made the sub look like it was burping. shit ive seen on realmofexcursion. if i get a video recorder ill take a video. its pretty nice on just 1 15" L7 that i got hooked up until iget the new box made decipha is helpin me out with.

It has nothing to do with the amp... it has everything to do with your sub and box. Sometimes you can boost certain frequencies like you did, but now you have severely undercut your headroom by doing so.
