Would the 1000 watt mono block TMA power my 12" W7 well or is the 3ohm weirdness that JL dose going to mess will the power output too much I know it will mess with it but what would I be pushing RMS to the one sub with this amp. 625?? Less??

I figured it would be about 625RMS but that would be a little better than my JBL 600.1 I had on it before I had 2 of those on 2 Adire shiva 12s (one each) If anyone has any suggestions for a amp for my situation it would also be greatly appreciated it was just that my local car audio store had the TMAs for like $280 or something under $300 so it sounded pretty good to be considering they are made by JL

look for a used pg amp, xenon 1200.1 or tantrum 1200.1. maybe a used jl 1000.1. I would put around 1000 rms to that sub or as close to that as possible

edit: even a used kicker zx1500.1 would give you around 1000 rms at 3 ohms. Theres a used one for sale in the for sale section for $250.00

You could probably even look into some 2 channels that are able to bridge at 4 ohms and be safe with a 3 ohm load a the amp... After imp rise, it would be in the 4+ range so it should be qble to do it... I would however look for quality brands if you plan on going this route... I know my older Kicker Ix2302 was fine bridged at 3 ohms to an older w6.. so probably a little over 900 watts
