I want to run 1/0 wire from batt to distro block in trunk. My stock Alt puts out 110A so what size fuse should i get? Amp's fuses add upto 155A but I wont be pushing them that high.

BTW, I did BIG 3 with 1/0 wire and fused it with a 300a fuse. Is that the right size I should be using?

On my accord. i ran the big 3 using a 300A fuse. I used the biggest fuse for that wire. reason i picked so high is because i intend on getting a HO alt. some say im stupid but. think about it, use the biggest fuse for that wire to protect that wire, your equipment has its own fuses to protect the equipment. and if you chenge your setup a lot then it saves headache in swtiching fuses which costs $$. (bTW i ran 2 awg to my amp fused at 250A)

umm, which of the big three did you fuse? =/
I'm assuming you still have a front battery, in which case, I'd use like a 200amp fuse.
I'm sorry I made it sound confusing. My basic question is my stock alt. puts out 110A and my amps' fuse ratings equal out to 155A but I wont be pushing them that hard. What size should I place between the BATTERY and DISTRO BLOCK in the trunk to protect the amps?

its not to protect the amps, its to protect the cable...

the cable will handle like 300amps, but if you're alternator can really only give 110, then putting a 300amp fuse, that will take like 600amps before it blows probably isn't the best idea, hence, my suggestion of a 200amp fuse, or even 150amp.

This is how it's going to be....

Batt. -> fuse holder (dont know what size fuse) -> Distro block in trunk -> (1) 4awg output to PPI amp and (1) 4awg to another fuse holder because my US AMps requires a external fuse.

So basically I should put a 200A or 150A fuse after the batt correct?

So basicall I shold put a 200A or 150A fuse after the batt correct?
yes.

its meant to protect the cable, which you said it 0ga, so its good for 300amps, but I wouldn't go with a 300amp fuse, because you dont need it for one thing, and I'd hate to see what your alternator did if there was a short circuit, and you tried to pull 600amps from it before the 300amp fuse blew :p
