Lanzar and Pyle are both manufactured by Sound Around, located in China. At least, I think that's the way it is. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Lanzar is one of SA's highest lines, where Pyle is one of the lowest.
Overall, Lanzar subs and amps aren't inherently bad, they just aren't capable of what the company claims. Overrated and bad are two different things IMO.
Pyle, on the other hand, is explicitly manufactured to appeal to car audio enthusiasts that are a) stupid, b) completely inexperienced, or c) are looking for showmanship (Chrome and bling) and a really high max watts rating big for as little money as possible.
But I digress. Will the amp work with the sub? Yes. Will it sufficiently power the sub? Yes. Is it going to satisfy the bass needs of a car audio n00b? Nope. =)
EDIT: Just to throw in what I think, I have firsthand experience with Legacy, Roadmaster, and Pyramid equipment, which is as close to Pyle in quality that you can get. I will never deal in anything of those brands again with the one exception of the Pyramid Gold line produced several years ago. The rest of it is absolute junk and a waste of good ferrite and polypropylene.
