Pyle Capacitors?

I have a Pyle Capacitor PLDCP3 3 Farad Digital Capacitor. I got a weird feeling that it's not working because when my car is idle, the lights flicker a bit as if I don't even have a bass cap. But when I'm driving, my lights are fine. Whats the deal? I also have a Infinity 1211a amp and 4 12.1d subs runnig off a 4 gauge wire with a 100amp fuse on it. I think thats the problem, but I'm not sure. I haven't did the big 3 upgrade either. I just ordered a 200 amp fuse and plan on getting a 0 gauge wire. Will this help?

Caps are just a gimmick imo, but some of the larger RF caps actually help, such as these...

Meade had a few of these in his Honda, now some dirty thieves have probably sold these for drug money. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

caops arent worthless, but if it only dims the lights at idle, your alternator might be crap. have it checked out, do a big 3 conversion, and keep the cap. also, never buy pyle again:) //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
