putting on weight

best way is to wait until you get to that age where you will just work on your *** all day and don't have time to do anything else. Then the weight won't stop coming //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i was also going to ask... I have a couple bottles of "muscle building" pills. I was reading in to them and it says it helps lose fat. If i take these will my weight go down? Or up because im building muscle? At the same time i dont think I can afford to lose any more fat

What are the pills, brand name and product name?

I'm a hardgainer as well. CytoGainer is a good shake IMO. Yeah make sure to lift heavy, don't lift light with real high reps. And just like everyone else is saying, calories and protein. Try to get AT LEAST 1g of protein per pound. It's tough man.

I don't know if this is an option for you or not, and you might think I'm joking, but smoking weed helped me, lol. I have NOT weighed above 164 in my entire life. I weighed 158.6 before Christmas break (Dec. 11th, 2007), I smoked over the break, without working out or anything, end of Christmas break (Jan. 18th), 170. Now with school I never smoke during the week, but on Friday's and Saturday's I do, and I try to eat like 8000 cals those days, and still eat good during the week.

This might sound weird but does anyone know a good way to put on weight? And i dont need smartass comments saying eat mcdonalds or something like that.
your legs are your biggest muscle mass, work out your legs hard and everything else gets bigger.

squat, press, dead lift, eat, sleep repeat.

in a nut shell you need to do big compound free weight lifts, eat a f
In my experience the fastest easiest way to gain weight is:

but if you are a beginner I recommend:

avoid overtraining. You do not need to workout 6 times a week to pack on mass nor do you need to spend hours in the gym at a time. It only takes 3 times a week at 45-1 hr a session to get the job done. Just get your diet, training, and sleep together and you'll be good to go.

Since I've been doing squats and deadlift I've noticed some nice bump in my gains. It has helped out my chicken legs too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

im trying to remember,,, theyre in my room and im not. One is called RedCell i think... i have like 3 others too but they all are supposed to do the same thing

It takes work man, eating is just as much of a battle (for me more) as the working out. Start chowin down on good food. Hope it starts workin for you.
The hardest part for me is the eating. I actually enjoy lifting but hate eating 6 times+ a day. The worst is first thing in the morning, it takes me about 2 hours to adjust and be ready to take in solid foods, thank god for protein shakes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I work out about an hour at a time 3 to 4 times a week... I just do whatever lifts my coach has written down
