Sleep makes a big difference. I have trouble gianing wieght too and I eat a lot now (pretty healthy but not crazy) and have been trying to get a couple more hours of sleep in per night. Making a difference now. I also take a gainer. I highly reccomend ON Pro Complex gainersquat, press, dead lift, eat, sleep repeat.

avoid overtraining. You do not need to workout 6 times a week to pack on mass nor do you need to spend hours in the gym at a time. It only takes 3 times a week at 45-1 hr a session to get the job done. Just get your diet, training, and sleep together and you'll be good to go.
