I weighed 158.6 before Christmas break (Dec. 11th, 2007), I smoked over the break, without working out or anything, end of Christmas break (Jan. 18th), 170. Now with school I never smoke during the week, but on Friday's and Saturday's I do, and I try to eat like 8000 cals those days, and still eat good during the week.</p></blockquote><p></p>
