Punch HE vs. Legacy 350's

OK, my and my friend were in an argument on which would be better: ONE 12" Punch HE or TWO 12" Legacy 350's

I have a 12" RockfordFosgate Punch HE sub in a sealed 2.0cu ft box and he has two Legacy 350 12"s in a ported bandpass box (not sure how much cu ft), we both use them in our house because they wouldn't sound very good in a car //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

He got them for free because someone forgot to pick them up (doesn't suprise me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif ). My friend is REALLY dumb because he seems to think that his legacys can out perform alot of better subs (most Rockfords, Infinity, some Alpine, and pretty much anything that is lower then 700 watts) simply because they can claim to do 350 watts each.

"Yeah my legacys are better then your gay Rockfords, they aren't even close to 700 watts"
