Does anyone know the laws on what information you are required to give to people in an "investigation." There is a homosexual person in my college dorm, and he filed a complaint with the campus cops about harassment. Someone was cussing at him on AIM, complaining about homosexuals, and I may know who it is. If they ask, who am I required to give any information to, and what do I have to provide them with. For instance, the head of dorm vs. the campus cops vs. someone just wondering (I know i dont have to talk to any random person...) Also what information would I be required to give, such as name, or phone number or whatever.
