Proper Sound Deadening - DIY vs cost of labor

Calling Don at SDS this week. Probably going to go with his product, even if there is something a little cheaper out there.

I am concerned about going after this project myself. I don't have much time, I've never stripped a car down to the bones, and I'm worried it could take forever and not be worth the hassle to DIY. Anyone know the typical cost of labor for a sound deadening job with best practices (Like those advocated by Don?)

I'm looking for installers in the Orlando area to get some quotes as well, if anyone local has any suggestions.

do it yourself its not that hard. Might also want to pick up some sheet metal to cover the large gaping holes.

Google "door panel removal ____________" adding your year/model car into the blank. There'll most likely be a detailed instructional on youtube, which will greatly decrease the chance of you messing up your interior when you take it apart
