have a shop make the cut for you or something. you'd want at least 2 cubic feet per sub and a wide enough port. The option you chose is just a cheap fix will work but my past experiences with obcon boxes, they get destroyed pretty fast by strong subs.

did you get my message about the subs being 39f(s)? Is that ok. and i will search for plans on here then and see what i come up with.

I been looking through the plans on here and none fit the criteria of my trunk. That is my main problem. All of the 2^3 boxes are too wide. Also i'm assuming each sub should be enclosed separately and not share space. http://i.imgur.com/3tiZluM.png this is the only one i found and they share space and i would really have to cram it in my trunk width wise.

If that's the size for the space you got it'll work.you also have to make sure the subs you will be running will sound good in that enclosure.that is something I know nothing about but I'm sure someone on this site can fill you in.if you are going to build your own box it might be worth it to have someone design it for you.

That is what i'm trying to do... i'm going to be pretty upset if i build this box and it sounds like junk. I might as well but a premade.

I would think it would still sound better than any prefab even if its not 100% accurate.I can build em but not too sure about tuning so I'm just going to get someone to design it and tune it for the subs i plan on using first because I just want to build one time and be done.
