The main problem is that your box is flexing, 60's and more require very strong boxes.

Normally is 450L for 2x 18 on a panda, the port size seems to be ok.

as the port was the way too big, decided to go for the new baffle ...

Not sure yet, have the whole day to think about it, will i make 2" either 3" baffle, suggestions ?

What I would do:

Put at least 5 layers on the back, 1", will make it stronger and smaller. To play above 50Hz the back wall cant be so distant of the front baffle. Steel corners glued and bolted and fiberglass the corners to make them stronger.

Make a 4-5" baffle, make a round wood end movable and start with small port and cut inch by inch. Make a steel tube support for the baffle, bolt it on the exact middle of the box and bolt and glue to the baffle.

New baffle, and seems i go for the metal bar to support the front and back wall ...

Short day today ... Lots of sandling with the box walles and so heres the new baffle ...

155.9 was max @ 62hz ...

very poor result on 20 hz --- 141.5db

much better on 25 hz ... 148.6db

33hz 149.8db (that shakes)

40hz 153.8
