WTF IS THAT! LOL. Well then. I'm itchy as a chode, and have a half resined arm... I got my last two layers laid, I have pics, don't know if anyone watns to see them, but i have them. Tomorrow I will start with some duraglass, and or bondo. I havn't decided if the spots are big enough to need dura-glass yet...

Its getting closure!

It's just like epoxy, a two part mix. Very easy to work with, all you gotta do is to knead it like dough. Shape it, smoothen it with a lil water to minimise sanding later on. When dry, it's hard like fiberglass (depending on how thick or thin you can make it). If you screw it up, you can smash it with a large hammer and start again (albeit needing a more than moderate force of the hammer to do so).

Well, I don't sand for more than 10 minutes for a speaker pod. Don't need to. It's harder to sand the putty( only when I need the putty, that is) than it is to sand the resin.

This is how I'm roughen it in the work area. Outside, in the snow. I want this box DONE!

Sanded, for the first time, after the final layer of glass.

Either paintinng it body color - Indy Red, or carpeting it gray. However, I feel that carpet just doesn't do a fiberglass box justice.

When I did the original taping, I taped from midway up the back wall up to the wweather stripping. So instaed being the contour of the wall, its the contour of the weatherstripping.

Now lets see if my extension can be comperable with the other half, I might just sand and kitty hair that bish! Thats only a layer of fiberglass on the estension, but I think kitty hair will do the rest.
