looks like a tight squeeze on those subs
very.

If you look at the side of one of the sub cutouts, there is a gap. However, it wont be a gap because the port board slides right in there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Well, it was going to happen sooner or later with this box. I ran into a little issue.

in order to get the subs to fit, i had to make the baffles about 3/4" longer. In turn, the port length sort of got reduced. Due to how the clamshell is in the back of the box, im not too worried about it and dont think it will effect too much.

Here is what i mean. As you can see, the baffle extends beyond the first drawn line, where the port WAS going to begin, im making each port about 1/4" wider for the last 3/4" of the port due to the longer baffles. Im fairly certain tuning wont be effected really at all, due to the overall design, we'll see though i guess.

Here are the baffles cut out, ready to be mounted into the box

And lines drawn on the back side of the box to help me with screwing the baffles down
