Project, 16 8's in a Bandpass IB Clamshell...In a Stratus.

Oh and by the way, I did a lot of measuring to keep them in the same spots, I had to avoid the clips on the back did one side first then replicated it on the other, my dremel helped out a lot, I was able to shave the clips back without making them too weak. A large paddle bit or hole saw would have helped. I ended up using a smaller paddle bit, then making the hole bigger with my dremel.

Got a lot done on the doors today, pretty crappy day till it finally cleared up in the afternoon. However it's a nice break from the burning hot sun, so I'm glad it worked out the way it did.

Sanded!

Nice. What'd you use to take the door panels apart?

I think I'm going to use my spot weld cutter to drill out the melted studs to disassemble the doors and epoxy them back together when I do them.

Jay

If figure if I use the spot weld cutter, it will leave the center of the stud, and then I can grind the surrounding area flat, and mount it back together similar to stock.

Sounds like your idea will work too. What are your plans for material on the door panels?

Jay
