Profile pic not working?

I'm fallowing the parameters and keeping the image under 170x170 yet when I upload the image it is just a blank image. What am I doing wrong here?

i had problems at one time now i never do. resize it resave it under an new name and restart your browser and try to reupload it.

Yeah, that didn't work... Kinda disappointed tbh. I wanted to show off my system. Oh well, I guess I'll just be naked lol
