Profile Pic Not Working ??

Am I missing something ? Nothing I do works.. its a jpeg @ 170x170 pixels exactly what it says to use. Do I not have the privilege? Try uploading and it works but it looks like this. Even tried deleting current and redoing like 3 times.

your not doing it right then when you think you got it... hit preview button to make sure where are you trying to upload from? photobucket? ur profile pic is one on ur profile that thing on these posts is a avatar... edit avatar pick picture set preview done...

***idk why but my profile pic looks like urs might be a site issue...
