But for that sort of money, quality control is a little better than the other cheap budget brands (Pyle, Pyramid, Boss, crap you find at Autozone/Walmart/Pep Boys, etc.)
If you must buy cheap, buy old-school used on eBay. A lot of times you'll find people who sell stuff they have no idea how much it's actually worth (i.e. seen a couple PPI Art a300.2 go for $100 or less)
IMO they are well worth the money spent. I have several amps from, even running one in my system right now and runs like a champ. What models specifically are you looking at?

for the price, you cant beat them, if you must buy new, but you can get decent used stuff on ebay, or here for a little bit more money, if you're okay with using used stuff, like poster before had said.
no for the price they are well worth your money for a tight budget and a daily driver. espically good introductory level equipment that would cost you twice as much at your local retailer.
great place to buy from. ive used several profile amps, and they have worked well every time for the intended use. i dont like the CL series looks. so i usually try and get the AP or HA series.
not intended for high-quality audiophile system. but i sure wish i spent my first few hundred bucks on those amps then the crap i was tricked into buying ... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/hide.gif.2d479cfd917eedfe201353b91522ceab.gif
