yeah

well, turns out it was already wired correctly at 2ohms, i sanded the paint off the ground for a better connection, and its STILL not working right... I saw no improvements...

any other suggestions? maybe the spot the grounds connected to is just bad?

it's a 2001 audi a6 2.7t by the way

Kinda late, but if your running your speakers active, and know what your doing, you can run more power to them than they are rated.

So you unscrewed the subs from the box, checked the wiring, screwed them back down and managed to sand down a ground in less than an hour? And you swear your battery and alt have been "upgraded"? What size wire are you using for your connections?
