problems 99 mustang head unit

my 99 mustang has 2 head unit slots. which i have pics of if you have never seen it beofre.. anyway im trying to put my unit on the top. it doesnt fit. its very loose and goes in real deep.. i tried looking for a installation kit but i have not found one for my year mustang.. what do i do.

also the wiring looks really funny and i dont know if it will match up to the wiring harness i was looking at.

There's a dash kit and a wiring harness. Trust me. The dash kit consists of a piece to mount the radio, and a pocket that goes in the place of the CD player / Changer. Go to your local shop and ask em for the parts, and they'll give you what you need.

anyone know.. i just wana get this part before the day is over.. and i dont wana go searching around my area to finally find it and have to pay like 40 bucks for some plastic mount and a wiring harness
