This is not a pre-order. It was not discussed ahead of time to take money for a product in the future.
When I ordered my XXX's and they were back ordered for parts, due to timing issues I asked to bill me on the spot. I was told it was a company policy to not bill until the item is shipping. This is either a drastic change in company policy since 3 months ago, or a clerical error of some sort.
