Problem wiring subs to amp

Ok so i have a Mono RF 501 BD amplifier that has 1 slot for positive and 1 slot for negative. It is allen wrench. I have a new box that is ported single chambered 2 terminals. I tried hooking it up by putting both positive speaker wire in the positive slot in the amp and same for negative but it seems like my output is not nearly what it should be. When i play only one sub, the bass is louder. Am i bridging them right. I have 2 SVC 4 ohm subs that are wired to a 2 ohm load if that matters. Any advice is greatly appreciated..

What subs are they?

The 501bd outputs 500w into a 2 Ohm load...so with your pair of SVC 4 Ohm subs wired in parallel to a 2 Ohm load each driver will be seeing 250w give or take.

That level of wattage may or may not be sufficient to extract good performance out of them - not knowing what subs you're using it is hard to say for certain...

i have mtx rt thunder subs and they are rated 200 rms each so thats not hte problem. i had a sealed box and it was louder than this ported box right now because it seems like one sub is getting all the power when i attempt to bridge them.
