problem: what can i do? please help (*pics*)

I ran all the wires a while ago and this has been bugging the piss outta me. I cant remove a panel that i want to run my wires under, but it is one huge piece that i dont think i can remove without a lot more work than i am willing to do. Can you guys figure anything out? These are the best pics i could get.

I dont have paint so i cant really circle what im talking about but its self explanitory. I am trying to run these wires under this one huge panel but i cant lift it enough to get my wires under and i think i will have to take that whole thing off? Does anyone know a possible solution?

haha i dont consider that big enough of a problem to throw down a couple days worth of labor to hide some wires. Plus i am to dumb to figure out how to take that mamoth of a panel off.
