well as im sure some of you know i had a problem with getting my blown rainbow mid replaced.. and i wanna just make sure that people understand the whole story before jumping to conclusions on my previous post because i feel like some people may have gotten the wrong impression...
and ill try to make this short as possible
i got in touch with the origina dealer who i got the drivers from very recently and who also sent the blown mid in for me (and i cant stress enough was awsome to deal with besides this problem) and found out he is out of the car audio business.. ontop of the Rainbow US Distro being mostly shut down and my driver being discontinued... all contributed to this problem...
anyway, im sure some people have heard shaky things about rainbows customer service in the past and im sure my problem didnt help.. but honestly after getting in touch with rainbow through email, they were more than willing to help me and replied to me within in minutes anytime i emailed them (as long as it was within business hours).. and actually was quite impressed by it.. they actually told me o get in touch with don, who i got in touch over the weekend while i was waiting for them to asnwer me (i wrote them friday night they answered monday morning) don took care of everything, and had a new driver in my hands within a week.
another person i would like to thank is 6spdcoupe (don) who im sure some of you have talked to on here.. and even though im sure he doesnt need it, but he will always have a great reference from me.. and i encourage everyone that, if he carries a product you want, help support a great guy. im sure he's heard it enough from me over the past week, but thanks again
