I have never built a box before and I’m not sure if I’m ready to do it yet. I bought a pair of kicker 07 CVR 12s recently and they came in a cheap sealed box. I’m trying to get more sq out of the speakers and I’ve found a few ported box designs on amazon, and I want your help to guide me in the right direction on what I do next as far as obtaining a box for these speakers. I’m open to the idea of building a box but I’m a first time builder and I don’t exactly have a lot to work with regarding tools and what not.

One thing about kicker is the give you pretty decent specs on box building and its speaker specific. I've built a few off of their site for l7 15s and they turned out good just need to do the math they give you the size of the box and port
