Whats the difference with the 2 numbers on the right for the length of the tube when it is calculated?

The difference is just what it says.. The top is for a straight port (no flares), the bottom is for a flared port.

Ya just so itll mount flush and look nice but not on the inside...

it wouldn't do much ...nothing noticable to the ear at least. You would want the flare end in the box, and the non flared on the outside

My suggestion for aero ports is to keep them AS LONG AS POSSIBLE...then test...cut an inch...test...cut and inch...test...etc.

Only real way to get it exact to where you want/need it to be at.
