Hey guys, new to the forum, I've got another thread under wiring/installation about the system I have in mind, in it are 2 12" HDS300's by Soundqubed. Now, I am under a budget but I know a box is a key element to it all so I am wondering if you can help me decide if buying this pre-fab box would be a frugal but good enough to give me good sound buy Amazon.com : R/T 300 Enclosure Series 328-12 Alpine - Dual 12-Inch Slot Vented Sub Bass Hatchback Speaker Box with Labyrinth Power Port for Alpine Subs : Vehicle Subwoofer Boxes : Car Electronics

Or if it would definitely be better (better here is more cost effective @ same or more quality or not too much more money for better quality) to get one built (also anyone know how much local prices should run about for this? a dude quoted me $200 bucks but that seemed ridiculous to me!

I would love to build it myself but alas, I don't have the tools nor the garage //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Thanks in advance, any recommendations are welcome!

A prefab can make a 1000 dollar sub sound like a 100 sub amd a custom box can make a 100 dollar sub sound like a 1000 dollar one ...its the single most crucial part of a sucessful system
That's all I needed to hear brother, will save and dish out the 2 hondo
