ppi 88r dsp

read the manual...

and i tried it, does not work.

the dsp needs to be fully booted before the amps turn on.

i dont get it, but it is what it is..

but its working, and im happy. but im still going with the relay to be safe.

if you say so, that doesn't explain why i have my entire harness besides power/gnd/remoteIN taped up and unused. my dsp turns on at almost exactly the same time as my amps....

It says that but we both wew and I both have the same type of DSP as you, wiring parallel works if you are not using the high level inputs. Just using a single pair of RCA for signal.

im using the 4 rca's on the harness.

so your saying if i use the aux rca input it will work?

did not try that.

will i loose anything in signal by using just 2 rcas instead of 4 ?

so why is there a difference? i don't get it.

so your using the aux in rca ?

im using the rca on harness.

and im only going by what it says... its my first dsp.

and thanks for the help.

if so, what are you using for input?

front/rear of h/u ?

what h/u do you have?

do you have your h/u all flat or off?

i was thinking of getting a converter so i can use optic input.

wander if that needs a delay.

Yeah just the aux rca, I have 6ch out from my headunit. Two go into the dsp that's it. I didn't use the harness at all. My subs are wired directly to my headunit so I could retain sub level on my headunit but I can't ta it now

ok thanks.

i was thinking all inputs were the same as in needed the delay.

and i was going to set my system up like that with sub off h/u .

but decided to run everything off of dsp.

that why i can fine tune everything.

im happy with it. now that i fooled with it last night.

now its as loud as it was and a lot cleaner , more detail.

how would you rate it?
