Powermaster battery posts

i am looking at the pic of the D5100 and can't understand the pic nor can i find any info on what fits these posts.

I know how the Kinetik's work and i love the idea they have where i can remove the posts and slide a bracket or a buss bar on top of the batt and screw the post back on.

I can't tell how these Powermaster posts are... anyone know?

Anyone know if they make side post adapters for Powermaster batts or if the Kinetik side posts will fit?

well, if they are non removable... then what is the height of these posts? they seem like nothing in the pic.

IF i have to use terminals, i need 3 1/0 slots so i was going to go with Kunkonceptz Konfused terminals but if they are removable.... that's a major plus.
