I'm currently running a profile msx 600 (rms power is 300 watts@4 ohms, 410 watts@ 2 ohms) and am thinking about getting a pair of Alpine type S 10" subs in a sealed enclosure. Becuase of the dual voice coils...I'm concerned that I wont have enough power. I believe that these are 150w rms a coil. Since they are dual vc...that makes them 300w each. So....600w for a pair is a bit under what I've got.

Will they run @ 400watts or should I consider another amp....or another set of speakers? I see JL Audio has a 10" that runs at 150w and ISNT dual voice coil.
