A big one

Those monsters can handle 1000w easily. As far as a single amp let's see. An earthquake D2, maybe a planet audio 2400d. A Fosgate BD1500.1 would push them but not quite to there fullest potential. Of course you could strap a couple of BD1000.1 together

for roughly 2000w. That would be my choice. But of course I'm a power hungry fool

I just had another thought. The power hx2's are dual 2ohm. So you could wire them in parrallel for a 1ohm load each sub. The BD1500.1 might not be a bad choice. I have one in my wifes car that is running at 1ohm and it is putting out about 1800w. It's powering 2 power hx2 12's.
