well im lookin for something to handle 1500w daily!!! these handle 1000w fine i know the sa's might handle it but i doubt the type r's do ive used them before and not impressed im not talkin too cheap im just not talkin bout some dd 95 series u know!

is 150's off 3000w not good for 4 10's cuz i actually thought it was pretty good! im just sayin i know people do bigger #'s with less and all that but considering what it is and what its in with the power i have i thought i was doin pretty good!lol im just sayin i was lookin more towards something i might be able to buy the motor and build them or even something that i could use my baskets on idk what other motors have the same pattern im not in a big hurry but lookin for anything that can help me gain. ill have some more input friday when i can actually get it on a mic and see what it does!

I hear DC Audio gives practically anyone team pricing. Why not try some LV4 10's, with a LV5 coil. Sure it would hold up to 1500 daily, probably not much more than that. But this is purely speculation, based off of a convo I had with Rusty along time ago. Anyways here is their pricing.....

That would be well above the 1500rms you want. Why not Atomic motors, more plentiful and can be had for the cheap......

yes it is but with them i shouldnt have to upgrade other then if i want some z's or something crazy. and i would take atomic too but kinda broke right now just bought a farm and got 3 kids so this doesnt get first priority anymore!Lol

thanks i might do that! and yeah rob id take any of those but its a ***** finding 4 of them each at the same time and for what i pay new for them i can have a better sub built from a atomic or hw motor. its 6 in 1 hand half dozen in the other!lol i need to do a few other things first!

The LVL4's I had my hands on were garbage. I'd rather have the SX's.

I have only messed with the DC LV 2's, they were alright. Never did any testing or anything like that with them. Only reason I suggested the LV 4 was for the price.

well after all this i think ill stick with my original plan and just look for some hw or apx motors and build me some sick tens!!!lol id rather do that and know ill be happy then spend a ton of money and might not like it!! thanks guys for all the input it is greatly appreciated!!

and about the dc's i have only seen a couple of them but i know the ones i did see got down but that was till his surround and cone fell apart!!lol for the money im gonna spend might as well get what i want!

and also idk if you guys will know but is there any other motor that has the same bolt pattern as my sx's? just wondering cuz im pretty sure im gonna blow these soon and if i could get a better motor and use these baskets it would be nice and maybe save me a little $! thanks
