yes they are beast!!! i dont think i can ever bring myself to part with them hopin i can get a third here soon!!!
Just PM me an email addy. I will update you with info as we set up shows. I can also give you some contact info if you have any questions or need anything.thats awesome i wish i knew more shops but ive been out of the scene for a while. let me know what shows ya got goin on ill try to make as many as possible and im sure my team will too!!
Well, at least from my experiences they were supremely quiet. Hell, my SE was louder on the meter. Hell, the type-r's were louder!and why is that? im actually really impressed with them ive had them for over a year beating the hell out of them and still goin i plan on having them reconed to handle the power here soon! they arent the best but just usin what i got!
At the time I was running a single 10" and a pair of eD nine.1's strapped at 1 ohm. The type-r absolutely walked all over the SX.really? idk it did a 150.3 on the dash with 4 of them off 1 cactus 600 but i really dont have another 1 to compare to in this setup. id love to try something different but as long as they are goin prolly gonna keep them. what kind of setup were u using them in? just curious i really havent seen anyone else running them so only review i have is my own! any input is good. thanks!
Never bothered with a rebuilt one because honestly they just aren't that strong of a sub motor wise.you ever tried a rebuilt 1? when i do blow them was gonn have them reconed to handle 1500w daily cuz they def cant handle it now!!
If you're looking for performance-to-cost, type-r's would probably be your best bet. I would even go as far as to say that Sundown SA's might perform better. I know that another member on here (skip01) has had success with both of those subs in his SUV.well i have had good luck with these but i know i see you do alot of test so you know your **** especially about 10's. what 10's can i get that aint gonna break me that will do better #'s? we will find out how they handle power friday when i put it on a meter just lookin for other options im always open to try new stuff!!
