Potential box problem.

Here is a picture of my potential problem:

The sub is going to be a 15" BTL. The problem I am thinking that is going to happen is that the wood is going to break. I already broke it when I clamped it from the port side to the other side. So I have to cut out a new one. Just wanting some input and recommendations on this. Thanks.

double baffle over the whole front

Either double baffle the front or put in some supports like I did for this box.
