YAY! Home Theaters!
Sadly with the lighting in my current room, it is hard to get a good picture without flash. Flash on a plasma screen means reflection.
The TV is a Samsung PN50A550 1080p plasma. For the receiver and DVD player I have Pioneer Elite units, as I loved their warm sound coupled with the semi-horn loaded tweeters I chose for my speakers. The DVD player is a DV-45A, which is capable of reproduction of any video and audio format, including DVD-Audio and SACD. The receiver is a Pioneer Elite VSX-45TX, 7.1 THX certified surround receiver. The Blue-Ray source is a PS3, but it was in the other room when I took the newest pics. All my speakers are custom built, and finished by me. My mains are capable of stereo playback with a +/-3dB measured in room response from 19.5kHh to 32Hz. When we bought this new house I had to re-tweak the crossovers as the wood floors affected the in room response. For HT viewing I have the set crossed at 50Hz. The sub is a pair of Adire Koda 10s with 500 watts worth of plates, in a 3.5 foot sealed cabinet. All my speakers are coupled with spikes.
As for the cracks on my "rabbit ears" sure to be coming soon, it is an amplified antenna for my receiver. I live out in the boonies, and weak reception kills me. I pick up stations over 100 miles away from me with it.
Here it is with my center and subwoofer covers removed.
Here it is as it normally sits

Oh yeah, to round it all off, I also use a Harmony ONE to control the unit. I always swore i would never spend $100 on a remote, so $250 was a big leap. But it is a really amazing add on to any system.
