Post your home audio setups. Here is mine.

Panasonic 58" 720p Plasma, old Onkyo 100x2 receiver and Cerwin Vega RE30's, Samsung

upconvert dvd recorder. Nothing fancy, but it works for the family room. Media room in

planning stages due to lack of funds.

How is that Monster power center working out for you?
I have a little 1 rackspace one, but I've run out of outlets, thinking about selling it and going to a bigger one like that.
It is actually pretty slick. It is the one with the active voltage correction so all the equipment gets 120 volts pretty much constantly. I picked it up at a liquidation sale, so needless to say I didn't pay the $1499 retail price. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Before getting this piece there was a slight current lag coming from my APC power center going to my amplifiers on quick pulses which naturally would choke dynamics slightly. (I checked this with my Oscilloscope, so I'm not just BSing that a I can magically hear something different. Approximately 2 amps surge would render a 500 mV voltage drop and sometimes more for quick pulses but I couldn't measure it with the amp meter and weak traced O-Scope I have.) Now, I have the amplifiers plugged into the AVS2000 and all the low current devices plugged into the APC conditioner, which is plugged into the AVS2000. The lag now is barley measurable at 20 mV/div.

The unit doesn't have a lot of noise filtering, but the amplifiers I run are rather quited anyway and opening it up last night there is plenty of surge protection.

Nice addition you have there joe with the AVS 2000. I love mine, especially with my tube amp. It's interesting to watch the meters and see just how much is being drawn while certain gear is running.

P.S. when did you pick up the 1072?
