Yea... I know....

I came back one weekend after being home and I had found that my roommates had moved my setup over about a foot, including moving my Maggies. I had just finished positioning them before I went home... I was NOT pleased.

Since when does butting your speakers up against the TV make them sound good? Almost comical! I guess you guys have never heard of stereo separation!
Spread those things out so you get correct sound effect placement across the front stage for crying out loud, that's if mommy or daddy will let you.

Who the hell said OMFG!!!! tEh speakerz sound best when as close to the tv as possible, it's just how I have them right now

Because one has a broken peg and won't stand itself up, and I haven't fixed it yet. Plus, a lot of the the time people sit on the couch to the left of the tv, and if the speakers are set futher apart, they only hear the left, and the right's off axis is not spread far enough to sound decent.
