Post your grades.

I think every major does that. The finance and econ people do it to marketing and "business administration majors". But I still think business administration is a lame major for people unwilling to commit to something real.
Then the math and statistics people do it to us. I guess in person, it's easy to understand the comments are in jest.
Yea I think every school has that, at mine the Civil kids would always pick on the Construction Management kids cause all they had to do was count stuff and do quantity take offs, but then the Electro-mechanical kids would be self proclaimed school smartest. Oh and don't even get started on Architecture vs Civil Engineering lol that just gets ugly lol.

It's all good.
If you think I am crazy, you ought to see some of the PhD students who lost their 4.0s to econometrics II (which I am not taking). It was crazy, this Asian chick just fell out in the hall crying and such. People are spending time with her to make sure she doesn't kill herself. But that's a very isolated incident.
Ive encountered that as well. I find it quite funny

The worst is when the genuinely smart kids who don't even study but pull straight A's beat out the kids who live and die by their GPA. Its just a little twist in the knife when they get all angry about an 87 on a test when a kid who doesn't even study pulls a 95.

I just wished I would have taken my high school AP classes more seriously, and I wish I would have applied for the Gates Millennium scholarship. They get everything paid for, plus books, plus spending money, plus a computer every year, and a lot more... free travel, etc...

I only took 1 AP course in high school, Modern European History, just cause I liked history and wanted to see what these AP courses were all about lol. Worked out well for me took the test at the end got a good grade which gave me 6 credits in college. I was mostly just taking the test cause everyone else was lol, didn't know it could actually be worth something down the road.

BTW Flip, I just noticed the quote in your sig, very nice. I love that movie lol used to be a family tradition to watch it every year.

I have 4 C's 3 B's and 2 A's (and a couple of mulligans:D) throughout the 4-5 semesters I've gone to college. I have no excuse for such grades, I'm just lazy. I'm undecided on what my major might be and really confused on where I'm headed so it's kind of hard to make myself do good. I feel like I'm working towards nothing...therefor it doesnt really matter. Life changing decisions ftl.

I tried to get my girlfriend to watch that scene. She seemed about as interested as a six year old.

The classes become much easier when you become passionate about the subject.

I have one of those at home. No lie lol my brother is 6 years old. 16.5 years difference between the two sons, we are essentially two only children lol. My first thought when my mom broke the news was I am going to be 32 when he is elligable to get his drivers license lol, and almost 40 when he graduates college.
