Well, at one time. it isnt possible, because the amount of live bacteria in a gallon of milk far exceeds the human tolerance level, and your body just spills it out. The first 3/4 gallon is easy, but after that the going gets tough. You can even do it as slow as one hour, it doesnt matter.

Yea i just found that out. One of my friends who is a going to be a human doctor tried to explain it to me. And my dad who is a veternarian and also has all the clasess to be a human doctor explained it to me and that is basically what he said.
