I think im going to start on a custom amp rack/center console once it cools off...that way all the wires will be hidden under it from the dash.

that sounds sweet. i would use Anderson power connectors along with pro audio multi pin connectors for rca and speaker wire. So that way you can have a fully removable console that comes off with two connectors.
