In that picture, I was like 210-215lbs. At one point I was right around or a hair below 200. Now I have put on some weight since I moved out by myself and Im like 240lbs, which still isnt bad since Im 6'5. At one point I was around 310lbs.

So the max that I had lost was like 120-125lbs.
