Possible scam from BFeezy ?

I send his money as a gift paypal said they cant do anything .. If he didint ship it im screwed

That's not true you can still make a claim even as a gift all you have to do is call paypal and send them the screen shots of the emails and they will revers it imidietly. I've had it happen to me as long as you have proof of what the money was sent for and he can't prove he sent you anything in return they will return your money. It's a verbal an writen agreement. As far as your bank they won't do **** paypal will though

The only time your Fucked is when someone sends you something that's broken because paypal only guarantees that you will recieve an item so all you have to do is prove on your end that he sent you nothing in return or your item. As far as gifting the cash you can play it two ways 1: claim ignorance and say you sent it as a gift not knowing any better and hit gift on accident. 2: show that when you sent it as a payment for an item and that he reversed the cash and had you send it as a gift instead. The second option will show paypal that he was trying to scam you from the beginning

I mean, as if it wasn't a dead giveaway when he closed one for sale thread, then opened up the same exact thread a day later for the same amp.

and when they ask for gift, I just add the extra 4.50. Not a make or break deal

You should have told paypal that your account got compromised and that you didn't make that transaction. They would of immediately reversed it.

I asked Breezy why he closed and started another for sale thread for the same amps. He said he didn't like when there's a lot of replies because it makes the thread too long. That seems sketchy to me plus I would consider that thread dumping which he should be banned for anyway. I hope MrFoca posts his correspondence with this guy so you all can see how BFeezy does business.
