POS 1992 2 door accord LX

ok **** tards, and wackos.

i have tried everything to get these tail lights working on a 1992 accord. what is the trick some1 has to know here, i tried removing the casin, changin the light bulbs, the brake light thing works under the brakes, replaced that, and i cant figure it out. any one know because im just going to light this car on fire really soon.

theres a lighting relay fuse, this is my next bet, but other than that i have no ****ing idea
